In our daily lives, we are often driven by our beliefs – those deeply ingrained ideas and perceptions that shape our thoughts, actions, and overall perspective. However, what if I told you that these beliefs can be changed? That by tapping into the power of The Belief Code, you have the ability to radically alter your life?

The Belief Code is Dr. Nelson’s latest offering. With this groundbreaking system,  practitioners are now able target a collection of beliefs that impact’s a person’s reality.

These beliefs are often semi-conscious and formed during our earlest years based on life experiences, social conditioning, and cultural influences. In fact some of our most powerful core beliefs may occur before the age of seven. This is a time when we are very susceptible to outside influeces, such as suggestion and observation. Some core beliefs may even be inherited. 

Not surprisingly, we often don’t recognize these ealiest beliefs. However, that doesn’t stop them from having a powerful impact on our thoughts and behaviors.

While some beliefs serve us well, giving us wings to reach our full potential, others can act as roadblocks, preventing us from achieving our goals and living a fulfilling life. 

Ridding ourselfves of limiting beliefs

For instance, let’s consider the concept of limiting beliefs. These are beliefs that hold us back, creating self-imposed limitations. Common examples of limiting beliefs include “I’m not good enough,” “I can’t do it,” or “I’m not deserving of love.” Such beliefs not only undermine our confidence and self-esteem but also influence our actions and decisions, often leading to self-sabotage and missed opportunities.

Through the use of  The Belief Code, a practitioner can help  identify and release these limiting beliefs, creating space for new and empowering beliefs to take root. This approach recognizes the truly interconnected nature of the mind and body. When these negative belief patterns are cleared, corresponding improvements often occur with our physical bodies. 

How do you know if you need the Belief Code?

I recommend taking an unbiased look at your life. Do you find yourself in similar situations over and over again? Do you struggle financially? Find yourself in toxic relationships or have difficulties setting boundaries? Do you want to make changes, but feel like you’re stuck?  Freqently. In these scenarios and others like them, there may be hidden belief systems at play/

How do I get started?

Although changing your beliefs through the belief code is not always a one-time event, many of my clients do experience notable improvements after a single session. In many cases, that improvement inspires them to address other areas where they wish to experience change. The only requirement is a willingness to be open to new ideas and concepts. In general, I recommend a series of three sessions to maximize your experience and results. 

Not talk therapy…

Although it can be helpful at the onset of your session to share basic information about past traumas, it’s not neccessary to discuss personal details in depth. In fact, this type of session works very well for people who value their privacy. The bulk of our one hour session is dedicated to the process of identifying and clearing the unwanted beliefs themself. This will allow you to get the most value for your time.

How does a Belief Code session work?

During a session, we will take a few minutes to identify your goals are and what topic you would like to address. I recommend having a few ideas ready, as not every issue has an associated belief system.

Once we narrow down a topic, I will use a desktop application and energetic muscle testing to identitfy the hidden, unwanted beliefs. We will also identify any associated imbalances before clearing the unwanted belief system. You might compare this process to pulling a weed. If one were to snip the head off of a dandelion, it would likely grow right back. Instead you must get to the roots to remove the entire plant.

Once we’ve identified the associated imbalances we will use an enery healing technique to clear them, as well as the unwanted belief system.

The technique is simple and effective.
